Hot Stamp Operator

Set up and operate hot stamp lines and tooling to attain good First Off part
Perform quality inspections using check fixtures and visual inspection
Ensure that the line run at an acceptable machine rate (pieces per hour)
Perform Preventive Maintenance on hot stamping equipment Troubleshoot machine, die, furnace, robot, and material problems to improve quality and reduce scrap
Housekeeping and other activities as assigned

Laser Stamp

Responsible for quality and conformance of product to customer specifications

Operate laser cutting cell machines to produce quality finished goods

Complete statistical process control charts as needed

Weld destruct testing and recording of data

Basic machine maintenance and cutting tips changes

100% visual inspection and packaging of the product

tagging and labeling per the work instructions

Housekeeping and other activities as assigned

Production

We have multiple job openings for production lines. We have food production and a foam plate production factory. No experience needed. Paid training available. Jobs start at $13 a hour and go up to $16 a hour. Skills required: -Machinery Operation -Picking -Efficiency -Packing -Safety Protocol

General Laborer – Lafollette, TN

The roofing laborer position is an entry level position into the roofing industry. We are interested in candidates that want to travel out of town (hotel and per-diem provided).

Helping set up project sites including equipment and scaffolding.
Helping to protect project site including setting up safety related equipment.
Assist in the removal and disposal of debris created from removing existing roofing systems.
Assist in the clean-up and maintenance of project sites in neat and clean order.
Observing how projects work and continuing to learn and build their personal skills.
Learn how to work safe on projects sites.
Moving materials on project sites. This may include moving materials into position for installation.
- Skills Required
- Ability to use a tape measure.
- Ability to use simple hand tools including hammer, utility knife and chalk line.
- Ability to use a broom and other cleaning tools effectively.
- Ability to communicate effectively. Communications include listening, speaking and written.
- Ability to climb ladders and work at heights.
- Physical ability to lift and maneuver heavy weighted objects.
